quality foods from scratch. We use only hormone free range meats & wild salmon.
We favor seasonally organic & local produce. Our "plastic ware" isn't really
plastic, its made from grain & therefore biodegradable. We buy sustainable
energy, use energy efficient light bulbs & recycle.
These may be small details, but together they make a difference.
